Synopsis

Davide, Carla, and Giulia were three. Davide, Carla, and Max are three. But are they really? Shattering their fragile peace is the news of two girls found after being held captive for years in a basement — a story that reopens Carla’s wound and rekindles Davide’s hope. What happened ten years ago that forever changed this couple’s life?
The slow work of many years and the arrival of Max seemed to have made it possible to rebuild a life. Yet that news causes Carla to falter and Davide to collapse.
Davide lets himself go to the point of risking not seeing those who are waiting beside him — the two of them, hoping to become three once again.
