Synopsis
Max is from a well-to-do family in Lugano and seems to have recovered from his gambling addiction and self destructive behavior. Then Max meets Ilir, a young asylum seeker from Albania whose father was once a spy for the Albanian dictatorship. An unlikely friendship grows between them as they go through various ups and downs in their love lives: Ilir’s Columbian fiancée Blanca has left her country and survived a family tragedy, whilst Alex’s passionate love for Max may be her downfall.
